Beta Tester Portal

Bug Report

Help us improve ictVoIP Billing or ictVoIP Box by reporting bugs and issues you encounter during beta testing.

PLEASE STOP AND READ THIS FIRST!

If you are creating a report just to ask a question, you will likely get faster and better responses by emailing support@ictvoip.ca or checking our documentation.

If you think you have found a possible bug or are observing behavior you weren't expecting, please email us first to start a conversation about it before submitting a formal bug report.

If you are confident you have found a bug in ictVoIP Billing or ictVoIP Box, please ensure you have:

  • Duplicated the issue on a fresh or clean test environment
  • Verified you are running the latest beta version
  • Gathered relevant log files and screenshots
  • Documented clear reproduction steps

Pre-Submission Checklist

Please complete all checklist items before submitting.

Severity Guide
  • Critical System crash, data loss, security issue
  • High Major feature broken, no workaround
  • Medium Feature impaired, workaround exists
  • Low Minor issue, cosmetic, enhancement

Complete all required fields. Include as much detail as possible to help us investigate.

Tester Information
Please enter a valid name (min 2 characters, letters only).

Please enter a company name (min 2 characters).
Environment
Choose whether the bug is in the core Billing addon, the Box storefront/provisioning addon, or a workflow involving both.
Please enter a valid version (e.g., 1.4.0 or 1.4.0-beta3).
Please enter a valid version (e.g., 8.12.1).
Please enter a valid version (e.g., 8.1.27).
Please enter a valid version (e.g., 5.4.0).
Bug Details
0 / 10 characters minimum Please provide at least 10 characters for the bug summary.
0 / 50 characters minimum Please provide at least 50 characters to describe the bug.
Provide numbered steps to reproduce the behavior. 0 / 30 characters minimum Please provide at least 30 characters for reproduction steps.
0 / 20 characters minimum Please provide at least 20 characters for expected behavior.
0 / 20 characters minimum Please provide at least 20 characters for actual behavior.
Include relevant entries from WHMCS Activity Log, PHP error log, or FusionPBX logs.
Screenshots can be emailed to support@ictvoip.ca with your bug report reference.
