Beta Program Eligibility
To participate in the coordinated ictVoIP Billing and ictVoIP Box provisioning beta workflows, applicants should meet the following criteria.

| Active WHMCS License | Must have a valid WHMCS installation (v8.12+) |
| PBX Environment | FusionPBX v5.3+, FS PBX, or ASTPP (custom API available) |
| Module Installation | Must have a good understanding of, and/or successfully install, the ictVoIP Billing addon plus the FusionPBX or FS PBX server module and APIs |
| Technical Capability | Ability to install and configure WHMCS modules |
| Feedback Commitment | Agree to provide bug reports and constructive feedback |
| Staging Environment | Test in non-production environment first (recommended) |

How to Submit Bug Reports & Feature Requests
Progress through beta tiers by actively contributing to product development. Choose your contribution path:
Bug Reports
Found an issue? Submit detailed bug reports through our dedicated form:
- Include steps to reproduce
- Provide expected vs actual behavior
- Attach screenshots or logs when possible
- Our team will verify and mark as "Verified"
Feature Requests
Have an idea? Submit feature requests via the ictClient Area portal:
- Login to your ictClient area
- Open ticket in "Beta - Feature Requests" department
- Provide detailed use case and business need
- Team reviews, approves, and implements valuable requests
Tier Progression: Your contributions are tracked automatically. Verified bug reports and implemented feature requests count toward your tier advancement. You'll be notified when you qualify for the next tier level.
Custom API Integration Available
Are you an existing ASTPP user looking to migrate or integrate? We offer custom API development for ASTPP and other PBX/Switch platforms. ASTPP applicants automatically qualify for Silver tier status with custom integration support included.
Coming Soon: Enhanced FS PBX Features
We’re actively expanding FS PBX integration capabilities in upcoming releases. Planned features include: Gateway Management, User Admin Controls, Inbound/Outbound Route Management, Ring Groups, ACL Management, and more. Share your feature priorities in Additional Comments to help shape the development roadmap — call out carriers you’d like prioritized in Additional Comments so integrations can ship with testers who rely on those routes.
