Join our beta program to get early access to the latest features. We're looking for ISPs with existing WHMCS and FusionPBX production environments.

ictVoIP Beta Tester

Beta Program Eligibility

To participate in the ictVoIP Billing v1.4.0 beta program, applicants must meet the following criteria.

Requirement Description
Active WHMCS License Must have a valid WHMCS installation (v8.12+)
PBX Environment FusionPBX v5.3+ or ASTPP (custom API available)
Module Installation Must have a good understanding of, and/or successfully install, the ictVoIP Billing addon plus the FusionPBX server module and APIs
Technical Capability Ability to install and configure WHMCS modules
Feedback Commitment Agree to provide bug reports and constructive feedback
Staging Environment Test in non-production environment first (recommended)

All approved applicants start at Bronze level. Progress through tiers by actively participating and providing valuable feedback.

We’re expanding our ictVoIP Box DID/Trunk Provider API list for client self-provisioning. Note: ictVoIP Box is a separate addon (not part of the ictVoIP Billing beta program). If you have a provider you’d like to see supported and you’re interested in helping shape this integration, please mention your interest and the provider name(s) in the Additional Comments field on the application form.
