ictVoIP Billing Onboarding - Session 1

Complete this form to schedule your one-time New Client Onboarding support session included with Full Installation or Custom Installation packages.

Onboarding Session Request

Please complete all sections below. Our support staff will review your submission and schedule your onboarding session.

Prerequisites - You Must Have:
  • A working ictVoIP Billing system installed and configured
  • A working FusionPBX Server accessible
  • Knowledge and understanding of both systems
Session Details

The session will be hosted and recorded by our ictCloud Conference Platform.

You should have audio enabled and be able to share your desktop as a presenter.

A Date and Time will be provided once all Provisioning details have been reviewed.

Time Limit: Maximum time allotted for this onboarding of 1 WHMCS client is 30 minutes. If more time is required, a service package will be provided for purchase after the session and a new schedule date will be assigned.

Mandatory Checklist

Required: All items below must be completed before the onboarding session can be scheduled.
Tested and working CRONs for the billing system No
CRON Testing: We can test CRONs via the UI during the session if not already configured.

Client Must Have Completed

ictVoIP Billing
Exclude/Suppress from CDR VoIP Billing & CDR Client View required No
Enter prefixes to exclude from billing, e.g., [local] for Extension-to-Extension calls, *xx for feature codes, or extension ranges like 2xxx.
WHMCS
This determines whether we're creating new resources or importing existing ones from FusionPBX.
Provider Details
Provider Not Required: Provider configuration will be skipped for this session.

Provisioning Details Required Prior to Session Start

FusionPBX Server Details
Username cannot be 'admin' - use a unique name like admin001, user001, or a personal name.
Existing Tenant: We will import the existing tenant configuration and sync with ictVoIP Billing during the session.
Extensions
Existing Extensions: We will import existing extensions from FusionPBX and set up billing rates during the session.
If left empty, password will be auto-generated.
Gateway - Provider Details
Enter your FusionPBX Server IP address - required by most providers.
SIP Registration is required. IP-based trunking is not currently supported.
Existing Gateway: We will import the existing gateway from FusionPBX and configure billing during the session.
Inbound Route
Specify the destination extension or other route (IVR, Ring Group, etc.)
Existing Inbound Route: We will import the existing inbound route from FusionPBX and configure billing during the session.
Outbound Route
Existing Outbound Route: We will import the existing outbound route from FusionPBX and configure billing during the session.
Suspension Method
Choose how services should be suspended for non-payment or other reasons.
Suspension Not Required: Suspension configuration will be skipped for this session.

Session Terms & Conditions

SESSION SCOPE: This onboarding session covers the initial setup of ONE (1) WHMCS client with the provisioning details provided above.

TIME LIMIT: Maximum session duration is 30 minutes. Additional time requires purchase of a support package.

PREPARATION: All checklist items must be completed before the session. Incomplete preparation may result in rescheduling.

RECORDING: Sessions are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
