DATA BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY: The client is solely responsible for creating and maintaining complete backups of all data, configurations, and systems prior to any installation or configuration work commencing. This includes, but is not limited to, FusionPBX databases, WHMCS databases, call detail records (CDRs), tenant configurations, and any custom configurations.
NO WARRANTY: ictVoIP Canada / ictTech Support provides installation services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the integrity, availability, or recoverability of client data during or after the installation process.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall ictVoIP Canada / ictTech Support be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the installation services provided.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By submitting this form, the client acknowledges that they have been advised to create full backups before work begins and accepts full responsibility for any data loss that may occur.
