ictVoIP Billing + FusionPBX Setup

Professional installation and a validated sample configuration based on a required checklist. Requirements must be completed and approved before work begins.

Pre-Installation Requirements

  • WHMCS: Working WHMCS v8.10+
  • PBX: Fresh FusionPBX v5.3+
  • Skills: FusionPBX + FreeSWITCH knowledge
  • Skills: WHMCS Admin experience
  • Debugging: Able to read local error logs and debug logs
  • Platform: Understand ictVoIP Billing and the custom FusionPBX server-module APIs
  • Scheduling: Provide timezone and maintenance window (example: America/Toronto)

Before any work is performed, the checklist must be completed by the client and approved.

  • Any customization of WHMCS template files
  • Any customization of FusionPBX Theme files
  • Any customizations within FusionPBX which is not currently supported by our APIs
  • Raw Tariff customizations to meet client billing needs
  • You must provide what costs you will be billing and your markup on Tariff billing
  • We do not cover currency conversion rates with tariffs or custom rates, this must be provided

DATA BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY: The client is solely responsible for creating and maintaining complete backups of all data, configurations, and systems prior to any installation or configuration work commencing. This includes, but is not limited to, FusionPBX databases, WHMCS databases, call detail records (CDRs), tenant configurations, and any custom configurations.

NO WARRANTY: ictVoIP Canada / ictTech Support provides installation services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the integrity, availability, or recoverability of client data during or after the installation process.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall ictVoIP Canada / ictTech Support be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the installation services provided.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By submitting this form, the client acknowledges that they have been advised to create full backups before work begins and accepts full responsibility for any data loss that may occur.
