Domain-Scoped Extension Workflows: Improved server/tenant domain handling for extension sync and provisioning, including API-visible domain coverage

Reliable Recording Persistence: Extension detail and update paths now consistently resolve and persist `user_record`

Gateway Add Modal Dry Run Fix: Corrected modal overflow/layout behavior so Dry Run output remains scrollable and action buttons stay visible

Destinations Outbound Select2 Fix: Fixed Add Destination outbound template selection binding under Select2 for consistent template loading

Version Alignment: Metadata now synchronized across `whmcs.json`, addon config version, and licensing version endpoint

Technical Improvements

New FusionPBX Get Helper: Added helper call path to fetch single extension details (`action=get`) for reliable edit modal prefill

Fallback Resolution Logic: `user_record` resolves from local config first, then FusionPBX when needed

Local Cache Consistency: Extension config updates now keep `user_record` synchronized for future edits

Licensing Endpoint Updated: `modules/servers/licensing/version_check.php` now serves latest release metadata for update checks
